The Wool Origins 10 Medium has sustainable cotton woven into the softcover, and the mattress is free from the use of FR chemicals. But don’t worry the mattress is still fire resistant. Wool can naturally regulate body temperature and moisture, helping to keep you cool in the summer and cosy in the winter, but it’s also naturally antibacterial, making it an ideal fibre for a mattress.

Wool and latex layers: In between and on top of the spring system, Hypnos has included a massive 7 sheep fleeces in the Wool Origins 10 Medium. That’s 15.7kg of pure wool in a king-size mattress! Providing temperature-regulating and antibacterial properties, this layer accentuates the same characteristics of the natural Talalay latex. As well as this, the layer can mould to your body shapes too.
Pocket sprung: Providing a medium tension, the Wool Origins 10 Medium mattress has included 1800 ReActivePro 10-turn pocket springs as the base support. These springs will mould to the contours of your body, providing you with the ultimate body support. Even better, Hypnos have included Triple Edge Protection higher tension springs around the edge of the mattress, ensuring that it will not lose form for many years to come. Tension is also kept in the mattress with traditional hand-tufting and three rows of box stitching around the edges.If you’re a side sleeper, this mattress has the right tension to provide you with enough cushion on your shoulders and hips whilst allowing your spine to properly align, resulting in a healthy night’s sleep.
