Expertly crafted in collaboration with the renowned Swedish studio Claesson Koivisto Rune, this barstool draws inspiration from Josef Hoffmann’s iconic 1930 design. The sleek and elegant proportions have been thoughtfully extended to fit with natural wood-bending techniques, while the delicate dot perforations add a touch of unique character to the plywood seat. TON 822 collection is a must-have for any design enthusiast who appreciates the power of expert craftsmanship.

As well as the natural lacquered or oiled beech finish, 822 barstool can be stained, leaving the woodgrain visible under the chosen shade, or fully covered with a pigment.
Varnished or oiled beech finish: Lacquered (water based varnish, UV protective, easy to clean and maintain) or oiled (matt protective layer that does not peel or crack and allows wood to breathe; minor damages can be sanded and re-oiled with this surface treatment; oil also brings out the natural colour of the wood).
822 Barstool also comes with upholstered seat.
