As well as the natural lacquered or oiled beech finish, 822 chair can be stained, leaving the woodgrain visible under the chosen shade, or fully covered with a pigment.
Stained Beech Finish: Staining is applied by either immersion or spraying and then finished with a layer of transparent lacquer. This finish allows for the individual wood characteristics to be visible. Staining does not affect the wood structure.
Upholstery: The blue fabric upholstery of the TON 822 chair is designed to evoke a sophisticated and contemporary aesthetic. This upholstery option complements the chair’s elegant stained frame and iconic bentwood construction, a hallmark of TON’s craftsmanship. The neutral blue adds cool and exclusivety, making it suitable for both modern and classic interiors.
